Age & Eligibility — 21+

Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit is ₱100. Withdrawals to verified GCash and bank accounts are processed within the timeframes stated in Section 8. Funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonus credits awarded at ah777 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated at the time of offer. Abuse of bonus terms may result in forfeiture.
Account Security & Responsibility

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ah777 ("ah777," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ah777.bio ("the Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

Eligibility and Account Registration
PAGCOR Age Requirement: Participation in online gambling at ah777 is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations. Creating an account on behalf of someone under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms and applicable Philippine law.
To register and maintain an Account on the ah777 Platform, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
- Be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, or in a jurisdiction where access to the Platform is not prohibited;
- Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ah777 or any affiliated entity;
- Not be a self-excluded player under any PAGCOR-administered exclusion programme;
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number;
- Hold only one (1) registered Account. Multiple accounts per person are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
ah777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, at its sole discretion.
Know Your Customer (KYC) and Account Verification
ah777 is required by PAGCOR to implement Know Your Customer procedures for all registered accounts. You agree to cooperate fully with KYC requests, which may include but are not limited to:
- Submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, or Driver's License);
- Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within three months, showing your name and address);
- Selfie with your government ID for facial verification;
- Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals as required by anti-money laundering regulations.
ah777 will not process withdrawal requests until the KYC process is satisfactorily completed. ah777 may suspend or restrict Account activity at any time if KYC verification is outstanding or if submitted documents are determined to be inauthentic.
Processing Time: KYC verification for new accounts is typically completed within 24–48 business hours of document submission. Players in Manila, Cebu, and Davao may contact support via live chat for real-time status updates.
Account Management and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ah777 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to add an additional layer of security to your Account.
All activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must:
- Not share your login credentials with any third party;
- Not allow any other person to access or use your Account;
- Notify ah777 support immediately upon suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account;
- Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other service or website.
ah777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, provided that ah777's own security systems operated correctly.
Account Closure
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting ah777 support. Upon closure, any Real-Money Funds remaining in your Account wallet will be disbursed to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to completion of outstanding KYC verification. Bonus Credits are non-refundable upon account closure.
Deposits
All deposits to your ah777 Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made using another person's payment method are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ah777 does not currently impose a maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts; however, higher deposits may trigger KYC review requirements under anti-money laundering protocols.
Deposit processing times are as follows:
- GCash and PayMaya: Typically instant (within 60 seconds);
- BPI and BDO online banking: Typically 1–3 minutes;
- Metrobank: Typically 3–10 minutes during banking hours.
Anti-Money Laundering: ah777 is obligated to report suspicious financial transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Deposits that cannot be reconciled with legitimate sources of funds may result in account review and temporary suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your ah777 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, ah777 requires:
- Completion of KYC verification;
- Satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Credits;
- At minimum, one complete wagering turnover of any deposited funds not subject to bonus wagering requirements.
Standard withdrawal processing times are:
- GCash and PayMaya: Within 5 minutes for verified accounts during operational hours;
- BPI and BDO: Within 1 business day;
- Metrobank: Within 1–2 business days.
ah777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any such review via their registered email address or live chat.
Bonuses and Promotions
ah777 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of offer, including but not limited to:
- Wagering Requirements: The number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal. This will be clearly stated per offer (e.g., "30x bonus amount");
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution schedule will be provided with each offer;
- Expiry Period: Bonuses must be wagered within the stated time period or they will expire and be removed from the Account wallet;
- Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements are unfulfilled, bets may not exceed ₱500 per spin or hand unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings.
ah777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify players from promotions where abuse, collusion, or manipulation is suspected.
Gameplay and Wagers
All games available on the ah777 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer procedures that comply with PAGCOR technical standards. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are derived from provider-certified game mathematics and represent long-term theoretical return rates, not guaranteed individual session returns.
Once a wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it is final and may not be cancelled or amended. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game error that prevents a round from completing normally:
- ah777's system logs will constitute the authoritative record of the wager and outcome;
- Where a game round cannot be completed due to a system fault on ah777's side, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's wallet;
- Where a disconnection occurs on the Player's side during an in-progress game, the game will continue per its programmed logic, and the outcome will stand.
Any wagers placed after a sporting event has commenced (for sports betting markets) will be voided. ah777 reserves the right to void wagers placed on obviously incorrect odds resulting from a data feed error.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ah777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:
- Using automated betting software, bots, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Colluding with other players, particularly in poker, live casino, or other multiplayer game formats;
- Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or glitches for financial gain;
- Using VPN, proxy, or anonymising services to access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions;
- Registering more than one Account, including under different names or payment details;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
- Using payment methods belonging to third parties for deposits or withdrawals;
- Any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the Platform for any purpose prohibited under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
Consequences: ah777 takes fraud and prohibited conduct seriously. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement agencies as appropriate.
Responsible Gaming
Age Restriction: In compliance with PAGCOR regulations, all gaming and betting services offered by ah777 are strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and above. Participation by persons under 21 is illegal and prohibited.
ah777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. In accordance with PAGCOR requirements, the following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from ah777;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;
- Use the ah777 name, logo, or brand assets for any commercial or promotional purpose without written authorisation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ah777 shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
- Losses resulting from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or third-party payment gateway failures beyond ah777's reasonable control;
- Any decisions made by a Player based on information, statistics, or data displayed on the Platform;
- The conduct of other users of the Platform;
- Losses arising from failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
ah777's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
Privacy and Data Protection
ah777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, compliance with PAGCOR requirements, and anti-money laundering obligations.
Amendments to These Terms
ah777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 5.
The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. We recommend that Players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Informal Resolution
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first attempt resolution through ah777's customer support team. Most disputes involving game outcomes, transaction discrepancies, or account issues can be resolved informally within 3–5 business days.
PAGCOR Escalation
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's formal player complaint procedure. ah777 is bound by PAGCOR's adjudication on all disputes falling within its jurisdiction.
Formal Proceedings
Disputes that cannot be resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to this jurisdiction by accepting these Terms.
